Standard uşă
The drive family “Basic” is used for folding, rotating, inside and outside swinging doors. Because of its size, compact construction, reliability, minimum maintenance costs the drive is suitable for the modernization and production of new trams, buses and trolley buses. All drive components are mounted on the base plate and therefore the replacement of old drives is very easy, even existing door wings can be used.

Control units of the RC series are microprocessor based systems for control of electric drives, dc motor door with voltage 24 VDC. The basic range of units (RC2, RC3) is intended for drives, where the position of the door is read by limit switches. F.e., the “open” position is adjusted by the position of a cam vs. a limit switch. When unlocking the drive in case of an emergency the engine is retracted from the main gearwheel by a guide - the doors can then be moved freely.

The switchgear equipment with up to four cams and limit switches, mounted on an auxiliary gearwheel, is used for the adjustmend of the open (mentioned above) and closed positions of the door wings (2 cams). programming module BSC-RC and control unit RC2The remaining two cams and limit switches may be used for auxiliary functions, like f.e. variations of the closing and opening speed, lighting…
Many functions can be adjusted by the service personnel with the use of a programming module or a PC, without the need to write and test new software.
The safety of the passengers against getting caught is ensured by motor current control and - if used - by the adjustment of the safety friction clutch. Other safety devices may be installed as an option (f.e.contact bar, light barrier…)
